18th / 19th century Continental silver swing handled basket, pierced design with shaped blue glass liner, indistinct marks, 19cm high including handle
Approximately 180g on our scales, excluding liner
The handle is distorted, bent to one side. There is a dent in the foot. One of the sections of silver near the bottom of the bowl is noticeably bent, and one looks cracked, another possibly started to crack at the edge. Please see pictures.
The glass may have some nibbles out the inside edge on close inspection, but no obvious chips or cracks.
